2 eggs cooked to order, roasted potatoes, roasted tomato with sautéed mushrooms, baked beans, banger, & soda bread
2 eggs cooked to order, potato pancakes, creamy grits, bacon, and a side of crack toast
Diced potatoes with roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, roasted tomatoes, and corned beef. Finished in the oven and topped with 2 over-easy eggs and green onions. Served with soda bread
Roasted red peppers, sautéed mushrooms, spinach, and swiss cheese. Served with choice of roasted potatoes or grits
Black Bean and corn salsa, fresh avocado, and Colby jack cheese served with choice of roasted potatoes or grits
